Inovus Design is proud to announce our most recent project! In collaboration with Strada Investment Group and Arquitectonica, Inovus is designing 350 luxury residences in San Francisco’s Mission Bay. The 2.72-acre site, titled Block 1, is being developed into 350 residential units, 250 hotel rooms and 50,000 square feet of retail space.
Mission Bay has been on a journey of development since the 1990’s. It exemplifies a unique combination of various public and private sectors working together toward the unified goal of reviving Mission Bay. “From a decrepit and seemingly abandoned old rail yard 15 years ago, Mission Bay has sprouted into San Francisco’s fastest-growing neighborhood.” (Dan Fost, San Francisco Business Times). The Mission Bay Development Group has been instrumental in helping develop Mission Bay intelligently and strategically to benefit the community and businesses.
Mission Bay is a transit-oriented development that will effectively create a sense of community through the high-density mixed-use amenities with easy access to public transit and healthier more walkable, neighborhoods.
